Phosphating

A 4-Stage Pretreatment Enclosed unit utilising Iron Phosphate and an Alkaline Pre Wash with Deionised rinse stages. This has produced independent test panels to 250 Hours NSS. The flexibiblty of this machine allows us to use additional Chemicals, Zinc Phosphate or Nano Chemicals should the contract require in excess 250 hours NSS.
